Keyword Targeting.
Keyword Targeting is big business on the internet. It can make or break a websites profits. I’ve been reading extensively on this practice, and although it is interesting to me, I have no interest in doing it. I know its counterintuitive to someone who is trying to monetize a blog, however catching myself up in that rat race does not seem very fun.
Maybe, I’m taking all of this a bit too seriously. Heres an example. I heard the keywords Mesothelioma and Life Insurance Quotes were paying extremely well. Now I could easily build a landing page on those keywords, but what would the purpose be? I certainly don’t know anything about either topic. Other than a light training on Mesothelioma I received when I was in a training class for a job I used to have.
As far as life insurance quotes are concerned, I know my work offers it. I know I have it. Case closed.
Mesothelioma and Life Insurance Quotes may be lucrative, but I won’t be altering my website anytime soon to cater to them. I am really going to be working hard on building quality traffic. Gotta get those backlinks rolling!
