Whats a good contest?

Whats a good contest to up my RSS Subscriber number? Anything you guys would like to see? Any suggestions?

I want to achieve the goal of 200 readers by Feb. 1st. I think I’ll do a giveaway of some sort. People like ipods right? Maybe I’ll give away an ipod touch. We’ll see.
